简介:
     男,1984年合肥工业大学应用物理系毕业,分别于1987年、1991年在中国科学院西安光机所获得硕士及博士学位,1991年-1997年中山大学博士后、副研究员,1997年迄今在中国科学院物理研究所工作。曾先后在香港中文大学与科技大学、英国卢瑟福实验室、荷兰格罗宁根大学、日本电子综合技术研究所等地访问工作。现为中国科学院物理研究所研究员、博士生导师,国际纯粹与应用物理联合会(IUPAP)符号与常数专业委员会(C2)委员,马科斯-普朗克阿秒科学中心(MPC-AS)委员,亚洲强激光委员会委员(ACUIL),英国Measurement Science and Technology杂志国际咨询委员会委员,中国光学学会、中国计量测试学会理事及北京光学学会理事,计量测试高技术联合实验室主任。曾任中国光学学会青年工作委员会副主任,中国科学院物理研究所光物理重点实验室副主任(常务)、党支部书记。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
    长期致力于超短脉冲激光技术与应用研究,主要成果有:提出了高对比度放大飞秒激光的一种新方法,得到同类研究当时国际最高峰值功率的PW(1015瓦)超强激光输出,创造了新的世界纪录;发明了同步不同飞秒激光的新方案,研制成功综合性能国际领先的同步飞秒激光器;建成国内首个阿秒(10-18秒)激光装置,得到了脉冲宽度小于200阿秒的极紫外激光脉冲;发展了新的光学频率梳技术,研制成功综合性能先进的系列飞秒激光频率梳; 利用新的脉冲压缩技术与国外同事一起获得了亚5fs的激光脉冲,打破了保持10年之久的超短激光脉冲世界纪录; 研制成功系列二极管激光直接泵浦的新型全固态超短脉冲激光,开发成功多种飞秒激光产品并提供国内外多家用户。上述成果在Phys Rev Lett、Opt Lett等SCI杂志上发表论文300余篇。2001年获中国科学院青年科学家奖,2002年获国家杰出青年基金,2011获胡刚复物理奖。作为第一完成人先后获得中科院及军队科技二等奖3项。此外也作为主要成员获得国家自然科学二等奖、中科院杰出科技成就集体奖各1次。


主要研究方向:

    物理学(光学)
1. 超短超强激光物理与技术:飞秒激光放大的新原理与新技术、高通量阿秒激光物理与技术、光学频率梳及应用等。
2. 先进全固态激光技术:二极管激光泵浦的新型全固态超快激光研究、高平均功率飞秒光纤激光研究、激光频率扩展与变换研究、超窄线宽激光及激光稳频研究等。

    专业学位(光学工程)
1. 超快激光工程设计:超快激光的稳定性及精密控制技术,激光应用平台的设计与建设等。
2. 光机电一体化:激光及光学系统中的电子技术、程序控制、精密机械等。


目前的研究课题及展望:

物理学(光学)
     正在进行的科研工作有国家重大基础研究项目(量子调控),国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项项目,科技部科技支撑条件项目,国家自然科学基金重点及重大国际合作项目等。

专业学位(光学工程)
     与北京物科光电技术有限公司、大恒光电技术公司、盐城物科光电有限公司建立有稳定的合作关系。开展合作研究课题一项,进行飞秒激光器件的研发,致力于国产超快激光产品的发展。
